Each softgel contains:

• Active ingredient: Evening primrose oil 500 mg provides at least 45 mg gamma-linolenic acid (GLA).

How to use:

Take one or two capsules three times daily or as prescribed by the treating physician

Instructions for use:

• Adults take 1-2 capsules three times daily with meals or as directed by a healthcare professional
• It is not safe during pregnancy because it may increase the chance of complications. Do not use Everose if you are pregnant.
• It may be safe while breastfeeding, but it is best to consult a doctor

• Do not use Everose if you are allergic to the active ingredient “evening primrose oil” or to any of its other ingredients.
