It exerts its<br \/>\ntherapeutic activity in the lumen of the stomach and small intestine<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>How to use:\u00a0<\/b>The<b><\/b>recommended dose is one capsule with each main meal ( immediately before, during or up to 1 hour<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>after the meal ) up to 3 times a day.<\/p>\n<p>If a meal is missed or contains no fat, the dose of Orlistat should be omitted.<\/p>\n<p><b>Caution &amp; Warnings:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The effect of Orlistat results in an increase in faecal fat as early as 24 to 48 hours after<\/p>\n<p>dosing.
